Walker Insurance Agency is a privately held family owned business that was founded in 1996 by L. Nyal Walker.
Mr. Walker has been a Commercial Insurance specialist since 1980 and we promise to provide you with excelent service and product whether you are insuring your personal assets or your business.

We are proud to be recognized as a Farmers Commercial Premier Agency. This distinction is reserved for just a handful of agents that demonstrate excellence and superior skills in serving businesses. Our principal is also a certified Insurance Counselor and a member of PIA (Professional Insurance Agents).

L. Nyal Walker
started in the insurance industry in 1980. The first 18 years of his carrier he worked as a commercial agent for a national insurance company. Wanting to provide that same professional service to personal accounts he started Walker Insurance Agency and Sound Insurance Group. Licensed in all lines of insurance.
Matthew Glunt
started in the insurance industry in 2002 as a commercial CSR. He is now a commercial insurance producer and with a background in the construction industry has a unique understanding of the construction field.
Elizabeth Walker
started in the insurance industry in 2001 as a personal CSR. As a mother of 5 and grandmother of 9 she understands your concerns and personal insurance needs. She continues her CRM (Consumer Risk Management) education to better serve you. Licensed in all lines of insurance.
Basil Aaron Walker
started in 2006 as a personal CSR. He is continuing his formal education as a full time student. He is happy to help you as he works part time.
Chris Walker
started in 2008 as a CSR and recently licensed as a Life, Health agent. He is in his final year at school to receive his Bachelors Degree in business marketing. He’s excited to help you provide health insurance, life insurance consultation.
